About Safari

In recent years investors have realised the benefits of pooling their resources to access better investment opportunities. Safari Developments is a Property Development company which specialises in the grouping of investors to pool their individual funds and invest in commercial property in a separate investment company.

Investors do not individually have the capital nor expertise required to invest in commercial property, therefore Safari Developments has developed commercial property, creating opportunity for smaller investors to benefit from the growth and income of rentals which provide for capital growth better than inflation and at low risk.

Safari Leadership

Our team of specialists forms the heart of Safari Developments and has been executing projects for many years. Each member plays a unique role in the development process and by combining their fields of expertise they ensure that each project is delivered within the specified parameters.
